OK, lets see what it actually said here ...

<<<<<I would bet that John Schmitz, Mary, and other PAN AM employees monitor these threads. >>>>>

Yup, they do.

<<<<< They are aware on what it will take to stop the sell off and continued price decline but elect to do nothing about it.>>>>>

Now on what kind of information does it make these conclusions? It seems to think that John and crew are clairvoyant or by playing the game the way it wants, that the price will rise exponentially. The next inference that we, as prudent investors, should make from its DD is that there really is enough information in the unpublished financials that if they were published, the price would soar. I guess I really cannot argue with that attitude, since I believe that the posting of the finanials will indeed make the price soar.

<<<<<Pan Am does not support there investors and has no problem keeping us guessing and speculating on the true story.>>>>>

There is a principle of law called the "Business Decision Rule" which says that it is up to the officers and directors to run the company and use their (NOT THERE) discretion in so doing. Looks to me like that is exactly what they are doing.

<<<<< We all need to contact these people and demand explanations which as stock holders are entitled to.>>>>>

We are certainly entitled to demand answers. What we are not necessarally entitled to is the answers themselves. This comes under the "Business Decision Rule."

<<<<< John and Company works for us, we dont work for them.>>>>>

Is it a stockholder?

<<<<< If John cant get the job done lets get some-one in there that can! >>>>>

It should know that the only way to accomplish that is a shareholder derivative suit. I wonder why it does not file one? A mentor of mine once told me "Never threaten to sue anyone. Either sue them or do not sue them. All the threat accomplishes is to tick everyone off."

So, I guess that after desciphering what it really had to say, I can sum it up thusly: "There is real value in this company and when the financials are finally published, the price will soar with eagles." I guess we should all thank it for its fine analysis, even if it was hard to tell what it was actually saying.
