Hi Ed,
If you look at the 3/30/98 form 10K filing, only 2.7 million options were priced between $20 and $39/sh. That is of 43 million options out at that date. So the repricing will effect only about 6% of management options.

But it does effect new hires which are increasing at about 12% on a quarterly sequential basis, so its very important to them. I doubt the option repricing will have any significant effect on senior management.
