>> If a person clicks to
AMZN through your site, do you also get credit (payment) from
AMZN for subsequent purchases by that person if she/he goes to
AMZN's site directly after the initial purchase (i.e. if that person
bookmarks AMZN rather than going through your site a second
time)?

No (don't I wish!). The click thru from my site must occur for
me to get credit. But what I can do is list books with my comments that appeal to the particular type of customer who comes to my site so hopefully they will return to me for what's new in the field and what's considered good. Saves them searching or wondering. But generally I figure the customer is Amazon's after they find it thru my site.
