tim, please, you sound desperate. nobody beat bill. they investigated him for potential wrongdoing. when they found evidence, very strong and clear evidence, that he was a perjurer and that he obstructed justice then, and only then, did they do anything. all this was done with janet reno's blessing. who appointed janet reno?
