A good analogy would be he is a shepherd, herding his sheep, to do his bidding, up, into his selling. LOL!

He does have great power to move certain stocks, because of the massive buy orders, and they are an easy short pick-off. You only have to pick the timing of the apex, and it's all gravey...

Now that is hogwash. We have free speech in this country, so long as fraud or hidden interests are not involved. EVERYONE that is active in the market shares tips. If that were not true, then most of the posters on SI would be in jail. TMEX may be engaged in illegal activities, but giving buy and sell recommendations (when interest in securitie is disclosed) is legal.

"yields" claims to be a Canadian with a chemical engineering degree. I don't know why anyone would claim to be those if he wasn't. Maybe not the best source of legal advice on the securities business in the U.S.
