<< ... livingston also has lied under oath - - his marriage was made under oath - a covanent between two people - an oath made, not only to his wife but to god ... >>

What a great point. I guess the Republican Party now has to remove lying under an oath to one's wife, and to God, from their Family Values platform, right after they remove infidelity from the platform.

The only thing that will be left in their Family Values platform will be a restriction against women getting family planning services!

He also shouldn't be speaker since he didn't disclose this to the House prior to the speaker selection. On the Democrat side, Gephardt also shouldn't be speaker since he cheated on his taxes for over $ 150,000 and claims to have a fairer, tax plan. Tax hypocrites like Gephardt and Clinton should be out. We shouldn't have such tax cheats working on taxation and IRS reform issues.

If you count extra marital affairs as lying under oath, then Clinton has violated that law what, six or seven times?

BTW, That has to be the most absurd argument I have ever heard, comparing lying under oath while taking a deposition to not following through on a promise.
