The 'recapitalization' part of the announcement is not clear to me. Does this mean that will provide additional capital and dilute our shares or create another 'super' class of stock that will render ours worthless?

The headline says: "Emerson Radio receives takeover offer". The offer is to buy 60% of the company. As far as I'm concerned, that's a buyout. But let's not quibble over minor points of jargon. The important thing is that after endless epochs of waiting for MSN to do something, it appears that we may soon be smiling on our good fortune. >May<, I stress.
