KIS,

Your statement

Judge says "I would have ruled in Wal-Mart's favor"
is misleading...

It should read

Huffman said after he excused himself from the case that he probably would have ruled in Wal-Mart's favor to keep the case in Benton County.

Regards.
Rajiv

KIS, Why did the judge wait unitl the day of the hearing to recuse himself. This seems pretty stupid; why he do so as soon as he was assigned the case?

Per the Lawsuit

I'm amazed at a couple of things:

First, who's representing WalMart? Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden? How could WalMart's general counsel have been so inept to have not checked with good ol' Judge Huffman to see if he owned any stock prior to the court date. I mean who in Benton County, Arkansas doesn't own WalMart stock. I'd be even more surprised if ol Judge didn't have several nieces and nephews working for WalMart. All point back to WalMart's legal team negligence.

Second, how did the judge allow this to happen, even without being questioned about it?

Third, and most importantly, How can Bezos continue to be so lucky? Going up against WalMart in their own back yard had to look challenging. I mean he makes Clinton look like Roy Munson!

From someone who unboxed last week at 285, reboxed half at 280, yes I'm frustrated.
