If your correct about 15.9M earnings, I believe that the fully diluted amount of shares outstanding is about 39M. It should be .408 per share:-)

Intelsat is getting a new headend..............................

skyreport.com

COMSAT Awarded $32.8 Million Contract from Intelsat - COMSAT Laboratories awarded a 32-month, $32.8 million contract from Intelsat to provide a new system for the company to manage its Time Division Multiple Access (TMDA) Networks.

Intelsat owns and operates a global satellite system which provides voice, data, video and Internet services to over 200 counties and territories.

TDMA technology allows multiple customers to share the same satellite channel by assigning each customer a unique period of time, on a cyclic basis, to access the satellite and send a high speed burst transmission.

Darrell, Now that we know those Tivo, Replay boxes will be in the media glare I bet you want to know who this David Coursey guy is......

www5.zdnet.com

..........Over the past half decade, as impresario of the
fabled Demo conference each February, Coursey,
37, emerged as a larger-and-louder-than-life
persona whose whims and words could seal the
fate of a half-cooked startup hoping to be
discovered by the world. Last year, though,
Coursey fell out with the show's owner, InfoWorld,
and somebody else ran this year's Demo. Now,
Coursey is trying to recapture the old magic -- and
influence -- with his new product-demonstration
event, Internet Showcase in San Diego. It's
sponsored by his new patron, Upside Magazine.
About 700 people are here -- watching demos by
80-some companies. "It's a celebration of cool
products," says Coursey........

Coursey as the industry's number one newsletter
publisher and one of the top 15 computer
journalists overall.

People will pay very good money to read his opinion of TiVO, Replay, Hitachi media center,etc........
