Rauf, Bravo for you...Your letter to these people represents the way a large number of us feel about this crap...My belief is that these "writers" are shills and stooges for the money people that want to keep a promising stock down for their own gain...I have seen this bullsh*t used on many excellent stocks...Pfizer, for one....It can only work for a limited time, then people see these phoneys for what they are..JMHO

True or False? From the article in question on the Street.com dated 12/23/98: *Silicon Valley: Onsale's Emanciated Margins* "As a percentage of total revenue, gross margins were 13.8%, 13.3%, 11.9%, and 10.6% for the past four consecutive quarters. (These figures are based on Onsale's new method of accounting for credit card processing. Onsale moved that expense -- about 2.6% each quarter -- out of cost of goods sold and into sales and marketing)."

I dumped my trial subscription to street.com after listening to the incessant, loud-mouth CNBC "guest"-monologues, interspersed with street.com commercials...played with fortissimo and braggadacio, ad nauseam. This "insight" service is editorial claptrap which purports to know everything about anything..except, perhaps, humility. ;) A screaming, wanking, unoriginal, ya-better-believe-me-world-or-else editorial drivel! Not worth the megabytes it's scribbled on. Hopefully, its editor will soon take a long holiday in Tibet...My opinion only...of course..;) Please feel free to send this on to that insufferable bore.
