The French dont even like each other. The only time they get along is to wage war, or to hate Americans and Germans. I would also hardly consider the French a world power after WWI to WWII.' Their day set when they decimated a generation in the trenches against Germany in wwi.' In name maybee, but England, USA, and Japan exited the first war as the new super powers. The Germans joined a little whille later. The French were scared of their own shadows.
