Considering CSCO is the dominant player in its field, I doubt that CSCO will be less than 100 at expiry. Anything above 100 is just gravy.

CSCO was the dominant player in its field two months ago too, yet traded in the 40s. I agree that it is a good play - and can be repaired if necessary - but it is by no means a no-brainer. Anyone who makes this play should be prepared to have the stock put to them and not mind holding it for a long period of time if necessary.

Sold RMBS Jan 99 for a strike price of 95.Got $8.00 for them how can I cover by buying a put don't want to lose the stock and pay short term gain. The stock was $94 then either can buy call back on a dip or try your method. TIA
