With out specific verifiable facts and figures one can only guess how much debt/revenues that we are looking at. How much venture capitol did Pan start with. What are the expenses to date? Why wont JOHNNY release that information? So what if Insider Trading got a good response from the the commercials. Once the potential customer called in and found out about the high prices why would they go with Insider Trading?? LOGIC, tells much about this company my friend.

PanAmerican Bancorp is a startup company with NO DEBT and plenty of
capital behind it.

If you are offering this as general information for new investors you should be ashamed. There is no shred of proof that this is the case with the exception of hearsay phone conversations with those having vested interests in the company. Their failure to file with the SEC in August when they originally said they would may cast great doubt on this statement. The statements about filing are apparently from the same people who also say they have no debt. (Not to mention all the other nonsense misrepresentations about the situation in Belize or even the progress of getting even one home completed, after they were talking about hundreds just a few months ago.

But wait, it is now a health care service industry, oh no, now it looks like an interactive videophone business, but wait again, they are into soft tissue scanners. Not content to do one thing poorly, it looks like they are trying to build shareholder value by doing lots of things at once. Never mind that they have yet to demonstrate they can run even one of these businesses.

Hope you had a merry Christmas and looking forward to more interesting twists to the PRWT story in the coming year.
