Quicken/Datek problem - Please share experiences......

I am constantly getting the message" Invalid customer id or PIN". I am using the account number(Without the hyphen) for customer id and my datek password for the PIN.

Any help would be appreciated. I plunked $60 into Quicken so as not to have to type in the trades manualy but have been pretty disappointed uptil now.

Thanks
Arvinder

Hi Jon,

Have most of the old timers on this thread abandoned Datek? Can't believe what they've done with the so called classic servers. For cryin' out loud, who is the customer who needs (or wants) delayed quotes on indices? It's plain waste of bandwidth and precious space at the top of the screen.

I hate it.

And then there's the other thing they've done. At first I thought it was just me, but no. The trade fill messages that used to show up on the quotes and orders page ARE GONE since sometime last week.

And that adds injury to the delayed indices insult.

Have all the alert and well informed posters here bailed out from Datek?

Comments anyone?

Regards,

Leo
