Dude: Just for your info. I work in the steel industry in Alabama just a hop skip and a jump from Birmingham. The steel Ind.. has been hit very hard by the foreign imports dumping their steel, but in the last few weeks the problem has gotten much better. The steel Ind.. is once again getting orders that were once lost. Several hundred people were laid-off at the steel mill where I work and most all of them have been called back to work in the past couple of weeks. Regarding Birm. and the med. Ind.. It is well known that Birmingham is a leader in the med. industry. Some of the best medical teams in the world live and work at UAB. My wife has one of her degrees from UAB. She as you know is a Phsycotherapist. She and I both would be interested in any Med. stocks from or around this area that we could do some DD on. dawg
