I have had good experience with shopping online with ON SALE. One of the main reason is that I do not intend to return the product. If I do then I might have some problem, absorbing the shipping cost (possible both ways), awaiting to get credit etc.

Nothing but good experience. Purchased several items personally. They've purchased items corporately as well. but, even the insinuation of "bad experience" concerns some people.
