I am no rocket scientist but.... 2000 x .03 = $60 4200 x .03 = $126 Now my question is, why the hell would these trades be made? A tax write off? No, can not be, have to hold for 12 months, stock not out that long... To chase another stock? After commissions what the hell are you going to buy it with? Is Burger King having a .99 special on Whoppers? Only logical thing I can think of. LOL I think I am going to give Dave a holler Thursday just to see how things are going and most importantly when the Edgar filing will be done. Garry

Mike, at the risk of sounding cold hearted..... I haven't since I learned that he lied to me about the existence of debentures..... do I still believe in this company?..... yes, I guess I do... and the reason is because they haven't altered from their original course.... they haven't acquired a zillion companies by way of acquisition and gotten off track.... Would I recommend to others to average down ...... no way....I would advise to them to wait until some positive news or charting shows that we are about to take an up swing
