Hi Chip, Nice site! I think I've been there sometime in the past, because I remember the "sector rotation" graphic. Funny how some things stick in our minds. I have always had a problem with Value Line's "TIMELINESS" ratings. Your chart would be a better method of measuring such things, I would think. It's always seemed to me that V/L was just behind the curve, not on top of it. Like body surfing by watching to see if other people thought the last wave was a good one! No way to catch it. I've always thought it would be more valuable to watch what's RISING in timeliness from low levels than to choose what's already at the top. How do you feel about such things? Best regards, Tom
