I've been thinking about that "hoist the petard" quote from Uncle Bill

now, while I am a comic Genius, Shakespear was a sleep aid for me in Highschool....(I was the class clown.....no that's not true...I am the one that convinced the class clown to do the stupid things that got him in trouble)

But...I think I might know what this means (correct me if I am wrong)

In Alberta the president for Students against drunk Driving (SADD) was arested for drunk driving with 3 times the legal limit...

So was he "hoisting his petard"?
