If WorldCom Joins the bidding war for Airtouch, the offer may be 1.1 to 1.3 shares of WCOM for 1 share of ATI.

Is this likely to hit the stock price like the MCI merger did because it was so dilutive ??. ATI looks expensive to me .... but WCOM management seem to want to own the world (GG). I was going to buy in the last couple of days but thought the stock was a tad expensive. With this overhanging the stock, I feel it may go lower ... any opinions would be appreciated

Thanks and regards
