Waiting on hold at Schwab 500 for 20 minutes, I got through. I was informed that there is no problem, that there are just a whole bunch of people trying to do the same thing at the same time. The company has now officially unraveled on a day that isn't a crash day. Is Pottruck's middle name "no foresight"??
