On the Advertising coming up shortly. Comp Usa is going to do a coop with us on valentines day, which I believe is Feb 14 a sunday. They are going to do a 28 million piece stuffer/mailing in all of the major newspapers that are located in the cities where Comp Usa is. From what I understand, we are going to be on the FRONT PAGE of advertisement. I don't know if we will be offering a rebate that day with Comp Usa or not on the promo. Also, as you all know, over 450 marketing/press packets have been out in the hands of editors and reviewers for only 2 weeks now, and as I understand it from the marketing department, we have already got calls from people wanting to do reviews and interviews about the company. I talked to marketing the other day and they said as soon as they get word on reviews and other articles about PMA, it will be posted on the web site ASAP. Somebody from the company is also going to call me so I can post it for everybody on the thread. Also, in reference to the AOL lawsuit, I know everybody has different opinions about it, but my opinion is that by Jan 28th we are going to hear or see something about a settlement. I'm sure BNEZ is getting ready to do their depostitions with Steve Case, and 3 other big wigs at AOL, also, there is 8 other companies right behind us that are watching this next decision, their stock price was also effected because of the software problem. And as soon as the case is settled, the company will then come out with a time line for 1. PR firm 2. Filings with SEC 3. Dates for new software 4. Sales announcments 5. More projected sales 6. ALL THE FRIGGIN GOODIES EVERYBODY WANTS Lets just wait 3 more whopping weeks, My bet is that AOl will settle, they don't want to set a precedent have haver 8 more lawsuit starting in less than 3 months. And remember, IF THEY SETTLE, ALL THE INFO THAT WE HAVE GATHERED ON THEM, THE DEPOS, INTEROGATORIES, STAYS SEALED IN THE FILE, I'M SURE THEY DON'T MIND A COOL 1-10 MILION FOR THAT LOCK AND RIGHT TO THE KEY what are anybody elses thoughts on what might happen???????????> mitchell
