Mitchell,
if it ever works the way you predict,
I will be happy

Archie waiting patiently for things to happen.
Also, I am ready to buy more shares if they ever
think to drag it lower.

Mitchell,

what's going on with all these trades?
Where are the shares coming from and why the price keep coming down?
If the company did a 504 to raise working capital I think is fine as long as they tell us.

Mitchell,

If the company does what you're predicting, I'll be very happy. In my experience, developments in these small companies can drag on forever. But if BNEZ clicks along in this way, it'll be a mark of management which acts decisively.

Regarding AOL and a potential settlement.....

Let me play devil's advocate for a while. Wouldn't it be in AOL's interest not to settle with BNEZ. I mean by settling with BNEZ before the suit gets to court, doesn't that encourage other companies to try the same thing. As opposed to fighting a small company like BNEZ in court and let the battle come down to who can last longer (guess who?). Eventually, BNEZ would run out of money to fight and this would send a message to other companies thinking of challenging AOL.

Just trying to view this from all possible angles.
