As far as I know, everything that has been done and is being done, has to be kept to the company itself until the lawsuit is over. I believe very strongly that it will be settled by Jan 28.

Now with AOL being a S&P 500 company, they don't need any bad press about them being the first to get approval from a FEDERAL JUDGE to sue them for internet releated problems, they have taken their chances and spent a million and have lost so far and the picture looks very bleak for them, IMO, Just read the filings and look at the big picture, REMEMBER, ATLEAST 8 OTHER COMPANIES WAITING TO SEE WHAT HAPPENS,

REMEMBER, WE ARE SPENDING THE MONEY NOW, BUT IF AOL DOESN'T WANT ANYBODY TO SEE WHAT WE HAVE DUG UP, THEY WILL SETTLE AND GET TO KEEP THE KEY TO THE LOCK. THAT IS HOW THE TOBBACO COMPANIES DID IT FOR YEARS.

Everytime somebody got one step further, they settled and took all the filings and made the next lawyer start from scratch, WELL AOL and their massive EGO decided to roll the dice and they crapped out BIG TIME. They could have settled a long time ago, BUT NOW WE GET TO PUT THEIR CEO IN THE HOT SEAT ALONG WITH 3 OTHER VICE-PRESIDENTS AND LET MIKEY RIP THEM TO SHREADS.

IMHO
