From my sources I have confirmed that PRWT's outstanding and authorized shares are well over 1 BILLION, which again substantiates and inevitable reverse split at any time. I am also checking out a report that there are off shore debitures that are also selling their shares at the highest price possible prior to the reverse split. It would be anybodys guess on how many shares are listed with the off shore debitures. Be careful on this play, Sports fans, there will be more blood in the streets before we here the fat lady sing.
