Richard, Thanks for your post. The statement about private placement by another has me pondering even more. Does that mean some people who have owned for some time a virtual allotment of MGAU could dump that on the market? And would they if it was less than they paid?
Sorry for any delayed response, I am in transit from Paris to New York over the next days.
Cheers,
Thor

Richard,

>>>Simply believing what people post on SI as reason to buy or sell is the first step in being separated from your money.<<<

Good point, but I still have a hard time trying to figure out who's wearing the sheeps' clothing <VVBG>:

Richard, to borrow a phrase from our president 'that depends on your definition of selling !' Investors were assured by Mike when he was back in our home town that this was the largest find in North America. His son-in-law, a geologist, and the rest of his family were so sure of this they moved to phoenix. Investors were also told via teleconference by Mike that MG was sure to be bought out for 1.8 billion dollars. I understand these stocks are speculative, and I do take full responsibility, however, if we cannot rely on the reputation of those feeding us information, we must have more verifiable facts than what MG management is giving us. Your point that we need to live and learn is exactly why I am asking so many questions. I want to believe in MG, but its time for MG to stop stringing us all on. Providing factual data is the first step they need to take.
