this should help. NEW YORK -- PeopleSoft Inc. (PSFT) and Andersen Consulting entered a global alliance to provide services, software products and training to government and education markets in 35 countries. In a press release Tuesday, Andersen Consulting said under the agreement, both companies will be strategic and preferred business partners for the countries covering North America, Latin America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Andersen and PeopleSoft are also assisting several U.S. federal agencies with initiatives to streamline administrative processes.
