Price up 17.65% on low volume. Fools see low volume, investors see 17.65% increase in share price. What happens when the next news is released and the volume picks up? No more shares at $.019. Very few yesterday and none today. Watch out for an explosion when good news comes out. Go PRWT.

I also like what I heard about the financials. I have no problem waiting for when they release them. I really won't get concerned with them not reporting till the company is at least a year old. that isn't until June of this year. After June than I will start asking WHY no reporting. I personally believe if investing in a non reporting company is a problem for someone than they should not even be looking at OTC market and should be looking for stock on the other boards. IMHO Life is to short to be wasting your time on a company you don't like. Go find something you do like.
