Anybody have some insight on AOL's Jan 27 earnings?

Anybody want to take a shot at anticipated Stock Price?

Looking forward to people's predictions.

The stock held up fairly well today considering NYSE's sag.

MD.

Yes, but since I am still running at 28.8 then 320k is still 12 times faster so I am happy if I am going that fast. Fast is better no matter how much.

Wrong Brian. You have it backwards. DSL remains constant, and cable fluctuates as a function of use. Cable does start out higher than 640k - approx 1,300k - but it can go down from there as the # of users rises.

"It's much better than 56Kbps but people need to understand that as more people get on line DSL speeds over phone line will drop. That is the one main advantage of of the cable company systems. If you pay for 640K you get 640K all the time on your dedicated line. Through Bell Atlantic you may get 640K one time then 320K another time and something else on another occassion."
