this will be my last post since i have provided information to the fbi investigation you penny stock bashers pathetically tryed to influence yesterday, i have provided the sec with over 500 pages of materials & have provided info to the aznt legal team. because of this there is very good chance my testimony will be used in court. We tried to influence some FBI investigation yesterday? Huh? What on earth are you talking about? Too much stevia not good!! Yeah, I've heard about those 500 pages of "materials". Said to be a hoot. Reams of totally irrelevant stuff. Just because you may have given something to the SEC (and actually as I heard the story you gave it to Mikey) doesn't mean they'll read it. AZNT had better really HOPE you don't testify in any court anytime soon. I can just imagine what'd be done to you on cross. You'd be ripped to shreds. Way too many lies, Spidey. And I don't doubt that the "AZNT legal team" is aware of this, even if you and Mikey are not. The FBI? Oh yeah, Spidey, I'm SURE they believe your tales. now that we have WON & the default judgements were signed off by judge george , the stock cancelled & the freeze soon to be lifted there is no more reason to do battle with these fbna penny stock bashers. though these penny stock bashers were able to defend & promote andy mann here on si, there lawyers could not find anyway to defend his actions in a court of law. For some odd reason I decided to flip through the 42 pages of e-mails, courtesy of Pugs, AZNT included as an appendix to their "Plaintiff's Compliance with Court Order" filing regarding Sylver's perjurious testimony that Tod has called him and cursed him out (see: siliconinvestor.com. What struck me as odd was the date on many of the e-mails: January 15... 1999! I wondered why that might be so decided to see if there were any clues here on SI. And for what? It's also a total mystery to me what any of the e-mails have to do with Sylver's perjurious claim that Tod called him to and cursed him out.
