Sorry if I worry you. The reality though is that Cohesive will not have one IOTA to do with whether or not TSIG answers its phone on the first ring or three. See Baldies comment. Message 7338600 So, I decided to call 1-800-951-1111. I got a message that I had reached Compact Connection and then the phone rang and rang and rang and nobody ever answered. I didn't get a "Please hold on" message or anything. After waiting for many rings, I decided to hang up and call back later. This was at about 10.30 p.m. Eastern time on Saturday. They are supposed to be manned 24 X 7, aren't they? What happens when 100's if not thousands of Babe Ruth officials call to buy lots of cards or worse yet they sell tens of thousands of cards and these Babe Ruth CUSTOMER calls come in. My comments were meant to draw attention to the fact that we are bragging about being the first to the Internet with a call center for support because it's our prime business. If that's so then why do we look so poor when it comes to answering the phones. This is a very very very competitive world. Especially when it comes to new ideas that synergize around the Internet, and where we can be knocked off in a NY minute. We don't have time to screw around with amaturish problems if we are to convey the image and service level of a professional organization. Especially with tsigs not so successful past. I'm very very very long and continue to have tremendous faith in our company and its marketing plans. But I'm not willing to continue to explain things away with soon, Cohesive will fix, we'll have that done later etc. excuses. As I've mentioned before, if I miss a deadline or make a mistake with the same client twice, I'm history. And that's the way it should be with professional management. I believe that with James Guild we now have professional management and he will continue to evaluate, eliminate and UPGRADE people. But when I see the same errors that are probably the result of bad decisions I also want to know why, who and what's being done about them. I'm here for the long haul, but dammit continued errors annoy and I believe should annoy any proactive shareholder. Don't even think of labeling me a basher. I'll jump down anyone's throat that comes to the thread with baseless comments or with criticisims that do not have recommendations attached. I hope to get everyone who reads my posts to watch for repetitive errors that are not in process of being corrected to raise bloody hell to the appropriate parties. In a nice way of course. Too many serious contributions are and continue to be made here to not also point out the problems when they arise. As Dr. Frankel says, be right and sit tight. But if somethings wrong repetitively, stop sitting, get off our ash and let the powers that be know about. it. sword
