This is a post from the Stockhouse forum on MDRE. It was posted yesterday by gunnerx, who seems (to me) to carry a sound approach, and concern. Medicineman thank you and the others for reporting on the AGM. With so much at stake (tons of shares you say) I would think you would have a vital interest in determining the real ownership of this company. Who owns the other portions (according to rover13 report the OTHER 75%) and what is the business relationship with those other owners? Are they private or public? Are there special revenue sharing arrangements which might siphon off earnings from MRI? I'm very concerned if we shareholders in MRI only have 28% of the action (.62x.45). Who owns the rest and where can we see the sharing arrangements? I think this thread should take these questions on as a priority to find out the facts !!!
