Whitey and Saverio, if you wouldn't mind, I'm interested in knowing your opinions on possibly further diluting the shares of MDRE (by another 15 million) and selling off 20% of the resort in Anguilla.

Marty: I'm also interested in your opinions and your experience with Mr. Talbot. A while back I was told by a someone here to "sell and go away quietly" because he didn't like my questions about the U.S. listing. Well, we are still waiting.... I think it's time we take a more critical look at Mr. Talbot and the company instead of being a bunch of cheerleaders.
