I think MPTV IMO is waiting until the end of this month to close on the deal. That way they can start making their payments near the beginning of each month. They have saved a payment due at the beginning of Feb. by delaying things until the end of Jan. They wouldn't have been able to sell any time shares the last few weeks anyway. As far as I know all things are a go as far as the money being approved. There's no reason to wait until the end of Feb. to close the loan. But with this company you never know. I guess you should also assume they're getting near the 500 mil share limit including all the warrants and options. There are quite a few that are exercisable at much higher prices than .005. So if everything gets exercised the price will be much higher than it is right now. If this company ever does start up and get on with their business plan there will be money to be made, especially at these prices. I just don't understand these delays. Tom

As I indicated earlier, I don't have much (any?) hope that sales will ever begin on the property. If they do I will think of any price appreciation as found money. It would have to get up to about $.035 for me to break even (been around for a while). On the other hand I only have ~$700.00 tied up, so not too great a loss. Although, it would certainly pay for a trip to Vegas where I could at least enjoy throwing my money away. :o)
