Morgan Stanley today raised price target to 95.

for what it's worth....

i follow and own TDS (and majority owned subsidiary USM).

both are on strong uptrends right now.

both are very undervalued (based on private market deals like ATT purchase of Vanguard, USM is worth over 70, and Mario Gabelli puts TDS value at 120).

both have long suffered at the hands of uninspired management, which does not play the Street's game.

Factors in motion to unlock value:

- new CFO as of a few months ago from Compaq operations
- announced spinoff of dollar sinkhole PCS operation Aerial
- earnings last few quarters much closer to published expectations

It looks like a play similar to ALLTEL and Century Telephone a year or so ago....both have prospered.
