Does anybody remember this information that was passed onto us in JULY???? The Company has already received 6,000 approved mortgage applications from the housing ministry in Belize and is currently processing the first 800 of these applications. Most of the initial applicants work for the government or hold other civil service positions. The first loans will close later this month or in early August. #reply-5109355 Now that we have TWO houses constructed, I wonder what happened to all of these approved mortgage applications? Also, seems that the story has changed, no longer are Belizean citizens being coveted to move into this subdivision, rather Belizean/American citizens.
