Ok, even though I wastn't selected to analyze the news release, I will try to do so with out any hype !!!

First of all, as a backbone, anything can happen within the contract.
So what does the contract say?

Design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance, of the network. It doesn't say FNet Network, but USAT Network. So what's in it for FTel/FNet besides product, not much in my estimation. You have design, which is what?, setting up dvg's on one side of CA, to the other side?, ok then, you have deployment, which is setting up dvg's strategically in the LA area, or encompassing CA,. Maintenance, which is anything that happens to the Tempest that goes wrong is taken care of within the contract. There's nothing about any certain years of the contract, nothing about selling exclusive to USAT for x-number of years, nothing at all in regards to a consistent contract with USAT.

So, it is a great contract that validates the Tempest gateway, but nothing else but hardware. We already know about the 2.5 million, so don't get discouraged if the stock doesn'nt get above 4 bucks. In a small way, the price has already been valued into the stock price.

So where's the agreement with USAT to provide their "individual" unified messaging for all the Internet users? Where's the contract so that all the consumers signing up with USAT can also access the Internet through FNet? Where are the long term contacts you would expect from such a relationship with FTel leading to FNet?

Flat rate, just don't get it, its a nada for long term investing. If you don't have the full package of "CA", (Communication Appliance's), make room for someone else.

Step aside...............Temp'

Not much in the release, except a quickie !!!!!

All I'm saying here, is not to get to excited about a FTel rise in stock price. If it does, its definitely over inflated ! What we don't need now, is more hype !!! Please !!!
