Dear JSI: I think I basically agree with your comments. The only thing I would add is that I do not expect JJ to put any "Spin" on something that would not be absolutely true. I do believe that Jenkins must not have much experience as the top dog in a public company. We as shareholders have, IMHO, the RIGHT to know anything material happening to the company. For instance, taking the negative, if there is a substantial change in the Mangan transaction he should have made a release on that. In my mind, the mere fact of the huge delay is substantial change, and if its being recast as a Pooling of Interests (which is basically a stock swap) that also is material. Yet, not a peep. On the other hand, taking the positive, I think it is HIGHLY unlikely something good hasnt occurred since the Conference Call outside of the PR we just received. Whether or not HE PERCEIVES additional Y2K contracts as important or not is IRRELEVANT--we have a right to know of them. JDN

When has a press release ever really helped TAVA's share price. I've been in TAVA, (TOPRO) for over two years now and remember the Nasdaq listing, Russell 2000, and numerous Fortune 500 contracts being announced. While these events may have gained some respectability for TAVA, they certainly did not increase TAVA's value.
