Whether or not I am able to articulate the exact specifics of an irrelevant point of law has nothing to do with PRWT.

Au contraire, you are the one propounding your legal expertise in these matters. In fact you pompously acted quite the authority on something that it turned out you didn't really know anything about. It speaks volumes about your credibility.

As for me I have already provided the links to where the case is discussed and the only other mention of a case listed at the appeals court that looked to be related, but was apparently not. That press release seems quite genuine, something that you have yet to show otherwise. You research it you're the supposed self proclaimed expert.

Legal as you know Jhild is very good at finding just what he wants to find. Do you remember him getting on the thread and posting about Dickey Bradley's son being charged with theft. Of Course at the time all the charges had been dropped on the young man and that info was also available on the internet but he just couldn't seem to find that part of the story. Could it be he had found it but it just didn't fit into the picture he was trying to paint. And of course I found totally unfitting to post anythng about someone children. Yes he is just so ethical about being unbiased on any subject.
here is the post I'm referring to. And also the post that Isoman posted showing that the charges had been dropped. Which of course Jhild just didn't see.Or did he just FORGET TO POST THAT PART???
I wonder if he has found anything about Carl C and has just forgot to also post that part too.

Alton, I am posting this information to you as you are about the last post that expressed any interest in what this stock or this company is doing.

I have noticed that the PUP has appointed their Minister of Housing. His name is Dickie Bradley. Apparently he is likely Dickie Bradley, Sr. as I see an old news story about a Dickie Bradley, Jr. that seems less than complementary.

Twenty six-year-old customs officer, Richard "Dickie" Bradley Jr., charged with 8 counts of theft, appeared before Chief Magistrate Herbert Lord this morning. Bradley is being charged for allegedly misappropriating an undisclosed amount of money from Santiago Castillo during the last four months of last year. Santiago Castillo Limited has declined to comment on the amount of money involved, but stresses that Bradley was at no time an employee of the company. Dickie Bradley Jr. was offered bail and met a five thousand-dollar bail and a surety of the same amount. He is to reappear at the Belize City Magistrate's Court on November 28. [October 2, 1997]

I would say that this old news only identifies his being charged and not the outcome of any trial or settlement.

Dickie Bradley has also been appointed Attorney General.

elize City, Fri. August 14,1998

The Chief Magistrate Mr. Herbert Lord today ruled that there is no case to answer in respect to eight allegations of theft against Richard Bradley Jr. It is believed that the charges were motivated by the UDP who had launched an all out attack on Richard "Dickie" Bradley, and carried out a smear campaign in the PULSE newspaper.

Richard Bradley Jr., 26, student of U.C.B., and the son of Queen Square Division candidate Richard "Dickie" Bradley, was targeted by the U.D.P. after Dickie, exposed their corrupt policies on his weekly talk show.

Attorney Kirk Anderson, after perusing what was claimed to be the evidence against the accused, made a submission of no case to answer in respect to the allegation.

The Chief Magistrate Mr. Herbert Lord said as follows: "the miscellaneous Provisions Acts has lots of flaws. What was shown to me is that Santiago Castillo has lost revenue; what it was not shown me is that Mr. Bradley is a co-conspirator. Sometime in September 1996, it was alleged that Mr. Bradley stole some money from the Customs but Mr. Bradley's name is not mentioned at all in the evidence before me. I have to accept the submission of no case to answer by Mr. Anderson."

The eight allegations of theft are as follows: (1) theft of $2,000.00 on September 17, 1996; (2) theft of $2,000.00 on September 26, 1996; (3)theft of $2,000.00 on October 3, 1996 (4) theft of $1,000.00 on October 30, 1996; (5) theft of $2,000.00 on November 14, 1996; (6) theft of $2,000.00 on November 28, 1996; (7) theft of $2,000.00 on December 23, 1996 and (8) Theft of $1,000.00 on December 30, 1996. All of this money which amounted to $14,000.00 was the property of Santiago Castillo Ltd.

The Financial Controller of Santiago Castillo, Mr. Anwar Flores, and a member of his staff had their statements read back to them. What was clear from the statements was that an employee of Santiago Castillo by the name of Peter Martinez, who does Custom brokerage did a vanishing act sometime between September and December 1996. After Martinez's desk was searched questionable vouchers were found which the management relied on to assist the police in making out the charges.

In a postscript. Mr. Kirk Anderson said that a cashier's job is merely to collect money. His client wouldn't know what was wrong, if anything was, it was Martinez whom they should have found to find out what was happening.
