Neil: Actually until we see documented evidence of consumated sales for real dollars we don't know what talent or products ALYA has. Until then I reserve judgement on their Technology, their engineering capabilities and their contractual associations. All of what you cite comes only from the company and certainly their interest is to put their best foot forward Not that anything is wrong with that. But today is January 21, 1999. The fiscal year ended September 30, 1998. We hear and read about capital infusion for stock but we are not told what the shareholders gave up in equity for the money. We are told about two installations for Motorola. Sales value received or to be paid to ALYA - ? We are told about $1 million sales order from the new director and financial benefactor. Confirmed by what accounting authority? Other than what you are being told by company representatives, what independent varification of anything you have told us do you have?
