TL, I've been in several bb stocks. Some were rewarding and others were just an awful experience. None has provided confirmation or authentication on much of anything. Alya is no different.

<<<We hear
and read about capital infusion for stock but we are not told what the shareholders
gave up in equity for the money.>>>

Many bb companies would not have told you of capital infusion for stock. you would have had to find out on your own. Information is good but i can't get too concerned about that at where I bot the stock. I would want answers should the stock outstanding become large in proportion to price.

<<<We are told about two installations for Motorola.
Sales value received or to be paid to ALYA - >>>

I previously mentioned that the news on M installations was written weeks ago and sent to M for endorsement. I believe that alya got tired of waiting and did a partial news release just to get something out. I definitely don't agree with their methodology and have stated so previously.

<<<We are told about $1 million sales
order from the new director and financial benefactor. Confirmed by what
accounting authority? >>>

I didn't know that companies confirm sales orders and I don't think that they do.

Again, this company is not much different than other companies transitioning into a production enviroment. A man with your quest for information does not belong in bb stocks. Obviously bb stocks are on the speculative side. that's why they're on the bb.
