Back in Dec 97, I ran into this press release

MILL VALLEY, Calif., Dec. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- DBS Industries, Inc. (DBSI) (OTC Bulletin Board: DBSS) announced today that it has reached a joint alliance agreement with RST Rostock Raumfahrt und Umweltschutz Gmbh (RST) to jointly develop terrestrial sensor equipment to be deployed on the E-SAT satellite system.

"The agreement will allow DBSI and RST to jointly develop commercial markets in the area of environmental services (smart sensors) and the use of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) se that links to back-end systems such as claims processing. Windom has developed web components for Qualcomm, Oxoford Health, WebTV, Prodigy Internet, Medialinx, @Home and others. Windom chose GlobalCenter's Site Express Solo to be able to quickly scale to more servers in worldwidefacilities as needed to support its clients geographically dispersed bandwidth requirements. "We anticipate the need for extra bandwidth to host future implementations of our consumer health Internet toolkit," said James Barnes, Networking Manager at Windom Health. Didn't really know what to make of this development stage business.

But I have watched this go from .40 to over 5 dollars since then.
