Nice post. Sounds like a real company to me, or maybe people just throw six mil. around to fool the investors into buying more stock at 2 cents per share. HELLO????.....and goodnight. I'm going to bed, and I'm going to rest easy. Yawn....

I'm no lawyer but I would think that just this part of the post
PanAmerican BanCorp (OTC Bulletin Board: PRWT < pretty much sets-them up for a class action suit if the merger is not completed. Not to mention why is the SEC letting them PANAMERICAN BANCORP even say they are trading under any symbol?
