What was the company that shall "remain unnamed" in the EP interview on CNBC? Anyone know who he (the interviewer) was referring to?

Am not just sure or comfortable as to the timing and need for this announcement today and without important specifics.

Though during various interviews today EP never even slightly alluded to any shortfall for tomorrow's earnings release.

Somewhat confused unless EP's announcement-announcement-meeting is meant to boost CPQ above 60 for a possible split.
