Heres the reason than I am over weighted in PAIR- Company Press Release PairGain Announces HDSL2 Support on Avidia System HDSL2 Technology on Display at PairGain's Booth No. 1418 WASHINGTON, D.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 26, 1999--PairGain® Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:PAIR - news) Tuesday announced support of HDSL2 in its Avidia(TM) System integrated access concentrator. ******************* This will enable CLECs to snap up T1 business like hotcakes. The new Integrated Access Units (IADs) will make this become the corporate standard for voice/data interface to the network in my opinion. This feature totally stomps whatever TUTS can IPO this week in market opportunity and availability. I have previous posts on this thread on this position. The unique part of this is that PAIR is a pioneer in this protocol and there is not much competition at present. It's wide open.
