"Sure was a sweet deal. Wonder who these "investors" were? Anybody here know one of them? " I do. I know a few of them.Hay JT you know what else these investors are ? Lets see they are the ones that helped fund the company that I choose to invest in.You know helps fund acquisitions and helps fund the company while it redefines it self in the market place. JT Do you think in order to get those shares one has to buy a certain amount? You know take a big risk on a new start up company. You my friend dont have a clue.Oh I mean that in the nicest way :)

Jon, you are ignorant of what's going on at ZULU/ESVS. You are not a business person, you are a stock trader. Stock traders trade on the emotional state of the market.

You are trying to create an emotional state here that in some way benefits you. IMO

JT is accurate on this one ... I read it again just now ...

Just for 'fun" I tried to read the January 13, 1999 Pre-Proxy from end to end ... I GAVE UP ... it is the most monstrous sized document of its sort that I have seen ...

It does detail pretty well everything including the resignation of that latest wunderkind and keynote speaker, Mincheff, the present compensation packages of Russell and Chmiel, the present involvement of our Mr. Hayton and the real price of BFL etc etc etc ...I can draw no conclusions ... it is so dense and so entwined as to defy simple analysis ... is there a stock play here? Maybe ... Is there a real operating company here? Who knows ...

it does continue to say that if the deal isn't done by January 31 (ie shareholder approval), it "may" be terminated by either party ... no proxy yet, so no meeting ... the condition for failure of the deal will then be there if any party wants to exercise it ..

A word of caution to inquring and potential investors--Jon Tara, who has never owned any Zulu or ESVS shares and has expressed no intention of owning any, has been posting daily anti-Zulu propaganda on SI's Zulu thread for about a year. His multiple daily postings have always been against Zulu's business plan, its management, its capital investment group, its employees, its acquisition and partnering strategy, he has even ridiculed investors, and has written negatively in serveral other areas, etc. So consider his prejudice and posting history, as you review his writing. The reader can take this statement as fact, or they are welcome to review the archive Zulu thread: Subject 18726
