This letter was posted earlier on Yahoo. Can anyone give a reasonable probability that what happened to Cendent could happen to PSFT? Market doesn't take kindly to this sort of thing once it sinks in to the big boys.

I understand you are representing "plaintiff" in a class action against Peoplesoft for
misleading statements about past financials. Certainly this company has defrauded
investors and action should be brought against them.

You action against Peoplesoft will hopefully result in a cash settlement that will
provide the following: 1) Compensation to shareholders who have been wronged
by Peoplesoft executives; 2) Teach a lesson to Peoplesoft management who misled
shareholders while they sold millions of shares they personally held (including
awarding an additional 900,000 shares (via options) to Al Duffield at the absurd
price of $0.02/share); 3) Provide compensation to the legal team defending the
rights of Peoplesoft shareholders.

Please add my name to the class action suit, and let me know if I can help in any
way. By providing testimony under oath, or any financial paperwork with regard to
stock transactions involving Peoplesoft stock.

Thank you for championing our cause and looking out for the best interest of the
Peoplesoft shareholders because unfortunately Peoplesoft management is not.
Also, please ignore any fellow shareholders that aren't bright enough to understand
you are protecting OUR interests.

Please do not be concerned with the impact on the current share price. The illegal
and immoral activities of the Peoplesoft management team has caused the share
price to drop 66% over the past year (before you announced your suit), and there
is little you could do to harm it further.

So please, teach these people a lesson. Teach them that they ARE accountable to
the shareholders.
