I concur with Shublu, Dennis Duke, et al. Patience here. I cannot explain run-up other than as suggested by others. They need a big brother and some cash. Per their K's, the MOU with Alcatel and the prior one with Matra-Marconi prove they are negotiating with major players to realize their needs. Their LEO competition is faltering in Europe. If they get help....they take off! They have very little float. Hence, moderate investments in them should go a long way.
