I would agree with your last statement, but look what happened in the last couple of days they fire Trendmark, who on friday Portnoy was on the conference call giving a united front then he fires them and cancels the purchase of Trendmark 3 days later. I think it will become evident in the days to come that Portnoy was using Trendmark to sell the stock and I think there are going to be some problems there having unlisensed people peddling USAT stock, so what dose he do? He fires Trendmark to try and distance himself from that whole mess.
