You wanna hear something really funny? Portnoy/USAT are trying to do a $15/share private through Barrington Capital (I'm not kidding). I guess it will stay private, eh? Hell, I am not sure, but the $2.50 shares may never get registered and this dodo thinks he can do another round? So who wants to buy private stock in a company that is highly unikely to ever trade again? I don't geddit, where do they find these fish? Not sure, but I think Barrington Capital (out of LA) are ex-DH Blair types. Too frickin funny, this joke.
